Safety & security
In all our diverse accommodations, safety and security are our top priorities, and we guarantee that every building is well-lit and fitted with CCTV surveillance.
Our select buildings take it a step further, from providing controlled key fob access to 24/7 patrolled security.
Language support
Our ypp team are fluent in multiple languages, with dedicated Chinese and Arabic-speaking teams ready to help our residents throughout their experience.
Concierge service
Our concierges are here to help – whether that’s guidance on the local area, assistance with their tenancy, or simply a friendly chat.
We also have specialised team members trained in mental health support, ready to provide any assistance.
